Swapna Menon is a certified Govt. of India empaneled resource person as a POSH Enabler to provide training under sexual harassment of women at the workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) under Act 2013. She serves as the external member on the ICC for several corporates. She is also a resource person on SHEBOX and is associated with a leading NGO.
