About Us

I am Swapna Menon, a certified and award-winning Personal Brand Image Coach, and I'm on a mission to help professionals realize their true potential and live a passionate, purposeful lifestyle by creating a Brand 'YOU.' I am not only a certified Image Consultant and Corporate Trainer but also a POSH Enabler (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace) and Purpose Coach.

In my role as an Image Coach and Soft-Skill trainer, I focus on the transformation of a person from the inside out. I firmly believe that individuals with strong values, self-image, and principles can have a great image in society and be authentically the Brand YOU. Using my Image Management skills, I work on the appearance, behaviors, and communication of individuals to align with their roles and goals. Additionally, I provide training in communication, etiquette, and emotional intelligence for corporates.

I am also a Government Empaneled Resource person for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace) training for corporates. Being married to the olive green for over 20 years, my active participation in organizations like AWWA and women's development positions me perfectly as a resource person and a POSH Trainer, as well as an External IC member in corporates. With my extensive experience as an educator and principal, I have coached, mentored, and trained numerous corporate employees, CEOs, educators, and students in Mindset Coaching and Behavioral Training.

I also offer my expertise as an English language and public speaking trainer for expats and executive professionals on a one-on-one basis, customizing it according to the specific needs of companies. Additionally, I host my podcast, the Ice Berg Podcast, which focuses on building better relationships with oneself and with others.

I'm proud to have received the Business Excellence Award and Special Recognition Award at the Annual IMPA Conference in May 2023.
